These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the MyFinApp mobile application (the “Application”) operated by FINAPP SAS (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree, You must not use the Application.

• Account: A registered user account created to access the Application.
• Application: The MyFinApp mobile application.

• Content: Any data, text, graphics, images, or other material displayed in the Application.
• Service: All features, tools, and services provided through the Application.
• User / You: The individual or legal entity using the Application.

• Be at least 16 years old, or the legal age in Your jurisdiction
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years old.
